Seer

Starting as a reunion of childhood friends Eric Zirlinger (vocals/guitar), Wayne Silver (lead guitar), and Michael Denton (drums), Seer officially formed in late 2003 with the addition of Paul Komsic (bass). With everything in place, Seer began writing five nights a week in a small, rundown rehearsal studio in Long Island, New York. It was here that Seer developed its sound, both beautiful and evocative, drawing inspiration from the grandiose arena rock of bands like Radiohead, Coldplay, and Tool. Rooted in an alternative rock foundation, Seer creates an intense sonic landscape through its combination of ambient guitar sounds, soaring vocals, and powerful rhythms.

Seer released a self-titled four-track EP in 2004 and is currently in the process of finishing its first full-length which will be independently released in late 2005. In support of its upcoming release, Seer is currently playing shows throughout the East Coast, captivating fans with its highly energetic and emotional live performances. Seer is a band that needs to be seen to be heard.
