Liquid Mecury

Liquid Mecury has been in the abstract creative process since 1998. The group consists of Sandra Espinosa, vocals, bass, synths, and programming, and Charlene S. Townsend, backup vocals, guitar, synths, and programming. These two girls are both natives of a border city named Brownsville, TX. Sandra and Charlene met in April 1996, they fell in love and have been very happy ever since. In 2001, they were able to finally compile their work and produce their first album, Mind Swirl. Their second album and the latest is Sin System. The girls are currently working on a third album. Along with their love for each other, they share a great love for music and creating it. They fuse together to create a heavenly union. They are also a DJ team spinning industrial/ebm/synthpop/Goth/some electro clash also hard and progressive trance. From February 2002-Sept 2002, Sandra and Charlene ran a Goth/industrial night  known as Eviltronik. Then they moved to San Antonio, TX to become resident DJs for Download, a synthpop/industrial club from October 2002-December 2002. In January of 2003, they had a guest DJ spot at Sin 13 in San Antonio, TX for the German  Gothic/Industrial group Das Ich. Liquid Mercury is scheduled to appear at The New York International Music and Film Festival in April 2004.
