The Boils
Born in the Philadelphia area in the mid-late '90s, The Boils have built for themselves a heavy, steadfast, battle-tested warship. The band has embarked on numerous DIY tours year after year, while retaining a strong, all ages following at home.
After a full U.S. tour with Germany's Oxymoron in 2001, the band hit the DIY circuit again in 2002, and in 2003, coincided Pride and Persecution with their first Japanese tour ever. The band's lyrics have traveled from political paths to more personal accounts as they continue to see eye-to-eye with a loyal fan base, all the while retaining the nasty bite that is a lyrical backbone of the band. They have continued to hone a sound that has always stayed true to its foundation, yet crossed the paths of hardcore and punk rock audiences alike.
Continuing to plunder the country in the name of all that is righteous and punk rock, The Boils are currently planning tours for the coming year, as well as pending future releases, including the follow up to Pride and Persecution on TKO.
