The Napoleon Blownaparts

Loud, rude, and vulgar is the very best way to describe this rawk ’n’ roll band from the West Coast. Formed in 1995 by front man/lead guitarist, and famous comic book artist, Mr. Ajax, The Blownaparts have built a fan base about as loyal as AC/DC’s, got into a fight with Weezer, toured with KISS, pushed over 50,000 copies of their own record, and sold a track spot to a major alcoholic beverage company on their last CD/EP titled, "The Land Of Hype And Glory." Ajax says take note: You do not have to be signed on a major label to be a rock star making dough while playing rock ’n’ roll and fucking strippers across the nation!

Why did Ajax allow The Black Vodka Company of San Francisco California to put a radio commercial ad in between songs on a Blownaparts record you ask? Ajax also wanted you to know he is a smart motherfucker from the streets and it was important to sell a little advertising space on our CD in order to get some free music to the people, not to mention Ajax loves the hell out of Black Vodka, so why not support a product one enjoys, correct? If you have not yet heard of The Napoleon Blownaparts or their outspoken Ajax, you probably have had your head under a rock, or up Weezer’s butt for the last few years, but here is your shot. This single is titled "A Terrible Way To Live." The band wrote the song with every intention of it sounding like a Guns N’ Roses-inspired hangover, in fact, the band wrote it to piss off their one-time manager who told Ajax and his band that they should not record an ’80s-like anthem but they should stick to their garage punk roots…. Suck on this!
