Podstar

Hailing from Lawrence, Kansas, Podstar is a four-piece rock band who have just released their second CD, Lovely 32, on Noisome Records. Podstar is Cameron Hawk, Aaron Swenson, Jo Jo Longbottom, and Ryan Magnuson.

The band’s second release comes from the hands of producer Ed Rose (Ultimate Fakebook, The Get Up Kids). On this second release, the band has created a perfect pop album filled with tasty hooks, instant sing along melodies, and a rockin’ guitar-driven sound. Songs like "Hop A Ride," "Never Enough," and "Signed, Missing You" really capture the essence of Podstar. Their dual guitar attack and intricate harmonies make Podstar a band to watch in the Midwest.
