Infinity Minus One is a hard rock/metal group from Boston that combines elements of classical music, film scores, and even video games in a rock context. Formed at the famous Berklee College of Music, Infinity Minus One represents the combined visions and effort (and a good amount of sweat) of a small group of talented musicians from across the country, and around the world. The music of Infinity Minus One ranges from simple compositions to some of the most complex, progressive songs ever.

Libor and Kevin met at the Berklee College of Music in Boston in the summer of '98. They immediately recognized a common interest in progressive music and began playing together, but not much came of it. Libor then returned to the Czech Republic. Kairo began studying at Berklee later, and met Libor, who had just returned to the school. The two began writing together, and realized that more musicians would need to be involved to bring their ideas to life. Libor brought Kevin into the group, and the three began working together. It became apparent that a unique voice would be needed to front the group. After searching for a singer, they met Denis, who had also attended Berklee earlier. The last addition to the band, but certainly not the least, came fairly recently in the form of bassist Kelly Conlon. Kelly is the ex-bassist of Roadrunner Recording Artists Death. His innovative, skillful bass work can be heard on that band’s ground-breaking album, Symbolic. Kelly was the final piece needed to make the infinite circle complete. Where the story goes from here has yet to be written, but should be fun to watch.
