Avoid One Thing

Avoid One Thing is an all-star band from Boston, MA fronted by bass player/singer Joe Gittleman (The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Gang Green). Gittleman teamed up w/ guitarist Paul Delano (Darkbuster, Mung), guitarist Amy Griffin (Raging Teens) & drummer Dave Karcick (Pilfers, Spring Heeled Jack) to form Avoid One Thing. Their sound pulls from good old fashioned rock’n’roll, punk rock andindie-rock to deliver music that is both well written and insightful.
