Mr. Gnome

by Scott Hefflon

Breathy and sexy trip-hop style cooing, which then goes banshee on your ass. Paces range from sparse and sultry to beating your ass back and forth across the room, hitting you with lamps, magazines, a trash can, and even the cat. And then whispering sorry in your ear and asking if you wanna have make-up sex. Repeat destruction in five minutes in the bedroom (minus the cat, who's hiding under the couch, and you're envious. And bruised.).

A two-piece from Cleveland, girl and guy. Some of the tones and production are skimpy, but they're unsigned, this is their sophomore effort, and total props for being creative. Good production can be bought, good ideas can't be. Get this band on the mp3 CD so others can realize their psycho ex-girlfriends really weren't all that psycho after all.
