Electro-metallers Engel release Blood Saints in September

Swedish quintet Engel is set to release their third album via new North American label home, FrostByte Media.  Produced by Tue Madsen (The Haunted, Hatesphere, Dark Tranquility), BLOOD OF SAINTS will hit streets on September 25th in North America.  Already receiving rave reviews abroad where the album was released earlier this year, BLOOD OF SAINTS features the electronica-infused metal for which the band has come to be known.  UK's Powerplay declared, "This third album sees the band at the top of their game...heavy as hell and instantly memorable...absolutely killer production."  To experience the propulsive rhythms, chilling twin guitar work and impassioned vocals that is Engel, check out the video for new single "Question Your Place" here.

Hailing from, Gothenburg, Sweden, Engel is the brainchild of In Flames guitarist Niclas Engelin.  Fusing elements of death, thrash and progressive metal with electronica and industrial beats, Engel has distinguished themselves on the world stage with two critically-acclaimed international releases (2007's ABSOLUTE DESIGN and 2010's THRENODY) and relentless touring.  Engel is: Niclas Engelin (guitar), Marcus Sunneson (guitar), Magnus Klavborn (vocals), Steve Drennan (bass) and Jimmy Olausson (drums).
